Do you need supportive, provincially recognized recovery and transitional housing in the Surrey area? We can help you get free of the grip of substance-based or behavioural addictions. Into Action Society provides hope for men suffering from a wide range of addictions, from alcohol or drugs to behavioural problems like gambling.
We offer a sensible 4-Point program©, and a SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) support group; a science-based global community of people who are there for you.
The team at Into Action Recovery Society in Surrey are substance abuse professionals who know what it takes to become free from addiction and how to regain control of your life. We are dedicated to hope, integrity, unity, empowerment, and trust.
We’re here to provide you with a range of options for various stages of addiction in Surrey.
This stage helps you take that first step. Stage one is a 60-day phase, ending with the option of returning home or continuing to stage two. This is a safe, structured, and comfortable residential setting, which includes one-on-one counselling, support groups, educational groups, and process groups.
This transitional stage allows you an extended period to stay removed from the environment that triggered your addictive behaviour. For 30 days you’ll continue in support groups, daily tasks, and structured house rules geared toward helping you manage your day. During this period, there will be no interference with work or school schedules. You can then either return home or continue to stage three.
For those who have completed stages one and two, yet still feel as though they need an extended period of control and support, there is stage three. Stage three ramps up the accountability and structure of the recovery program, but still does not interfere with school or work schedules. In addition to alcohol and behavioural treatment, the drug program includes Cocaine and Benzodiazepine Addiction.
How we can help: Throughout our program of transitions, you can break free to live the life you want. Every person is unique and has their own story. The more we know about you, the more we can help. Our wide range of programs includes family, or a therapeutic holistic approach like yoga, education, grief counselling, and more.
Who chooses us: Our screening test establishes who is in need. We are a great place to reboot your life, whether it be you, a loved one, an employee, or anyone who needs a helping hand while struggling with an addiction, anxiety, depression, a mood disorder, or a behavioural disorder. From the 12 steps of NA to our Surrey detox centre, we can help you.
Why you should choose us: Because we are overseen by the Assisted Living Registry, it means that we maintain a safe and professional service for you and your family.
Our patients let us know that our home-like environment and our professional care provide a more comfortable way to take the first step, rather than a facility that feels more like an institution.
