60 Days
The First Stage Residential Program is a 60 day structured recovery program in a safe, supportive, home-like setting
Residents live alongside other men in recovery while following a daily schedule of therapeutic activities, educational groups, process groups, individual counselling, support group meetings, and aftercare planning. This stage builds a foundation of recovery skills, coping strategies, and personal insight that are essential for long-term sobriety.

- 60 day residential commitment

- Support group meetings including AA, NA, and SMART Recovery

Second Stage Transitional Program
Second Stage focuses on reinforcing sober living skills and confidence while still providing support and accountability as residents transition toward independent life.
30 Days
The Second Stage Transitional Program is offered after completion of the First Stage.
This is a 30 day transitional housing program designed for those who want to strengthen their recovery before returning home or moving forward. Residents remain clean and sober, participate in support meetings, complete daily chores, and follow house expectations while enjoying more independence than in Stage One. Work or school obligations can continue during this stage.

- Typically 30 days in transitional housing

- Ability to work, attend school, or pursue community activities
Third Stage Long-Term Program
Sober Living
Third Stage helps reduce the risk of relapse by providing continued structure and accountability while residents practice independent life skills in a supportive recovery community.
Duration Varies
The Third Stage Program is for men who have completed both the First and Second Stage programs and want continued support while they solidify their recovery.
This is a 30 day transitional housing program designed for those who want to strengthen their recovery before returning home or moving forward. Residents remain clean and sober, participate in support meetings, complete daily chores, and follow house expectations while enjoying more independence than in Stage One. Work or school obligations can continue during this stage.
