I’ve been blessed with
many teachers, students, opportunities and experiences that have shaped my life
today. Quality Health and Lifestyle has become more main stream today with the
desire for vibrant health right to the end of our life.
Body
is our physical form how we move and step into experiencing life. Fitness and
good eating habits are a way to begin.
Mind
is our thoughts and emotions, how we see the world around us and the way we
relate.
Spirit
is what guides and motivates us to keep going. For some people it's pure
drudgery to get up in the morning and face the day, while others simply can’t
wait to leap out of bed and get their day started.
When there is
disharmony between any or all of these aspects it creates a space for dis-ease
to begin. It could be simply a sense of being tired all the time or
not looking forward to those things that used to bring joy.
